TGI will exchange online software purchases in accordance with the following guidelines:
• Contact us via email (gary@training-games.com) within one month after your purchase date and provide us the name of the products purchased and the reason for the exchange. We use your reasons to improve our products.
• Also provide us with this information from your order: Order number, date of purchase and the name of the individual whose name appears on the purchasing credit card).
• Finally, provide us with the product name you would like sent to you in exchange for your purchase. Product exchanges must be for an equal or a lesser dollar amount then the original product's purchase price.
• You must destroy all copies of the originally purchased software upon exchange.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of software and online sales, we do not provide monetary refunds. This policy is strictly enforced.

Single User License
This is for a single user only. It can be used to "train" as many people, as you like, inside or outside of your company, by the user assigned the license. Under this license, TGI Licenses are issued for the lifetime use of the product unless otherwise indicated
10-User License
(purchase multiples for larger groups)
This is a single limited business license and can be used or distributed to up to 10 employees inside of your company. It cannot be sold or distributed to anyone outside of your company. It can be used to "train" as many people, as you like, inside or outside of your company. Buy multiple copies of this license to equal the number of users that will have access to this software. TGI Licenses are issued for the lifetime use of the product unless otherwise indicated. |
